On the top of everyones list in the market of real estate are foreclosures. They are the fastest selling homes in this marketplace. Almost every home we inspect are foreclosures. I want to point out the importance of a professional home inspection.

People that are losing their homes are having a tough time letting go. Many are stripping the home bare down to the walls, removing everything that is not tied down.
