The "When" of a Home Inspection

  We recommend booking with a 2 day notice, however, often we have completed inspections the same day. Utilities are a priority and must be on to capture the full effect of all systems. Power, gas and water are essential.

  Inspections completed without all the utilities functioning leaves too much to the imagination of the inspector and the customer. Whether the agent or customer has to open an account to turn on utilities, it's well worth the effort and minimal expense.
