The "Where" of a Home Inspection

  We at Sherlock Home Inspections, Inc. travel anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley including, Boulder City, Blue Diamond, Henderson, of course Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, even Pahrump!  We're certified to inspect residential properties, up to and including 4 units.

  An example: We recently completed the inspection of 8 - 4 unit properties for an investor from California. This was accomplished over a 2 day period with the coordinating effort of the property supervisor as the units were occupied. Everything was done over the phone (not the inspection!) and Fed Exed as the customer never saw the actual property. This isn't unusual.

  The reports were Fed Exed, to the Broker and customer. We received a phone call from the Broker that his client was thoroughly impressed and felt he could make a decision to purchase based on these reports.

  We're happy to report that the customer made an offer and the deal was accomplished within 30 days.
